YOUR DATA, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Lookmorrow collects, how it uses that information, and the choices you have when using our website and mobile app.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
In brief: The app uses your email, chosen city, wardrobe items, photos and outfit choices to provide the service. Clothing photos may be processed by OpenAI and fal.ai. The website's early list only asks for your email and your agreement to receive launch updates. You can delete your account and its associated photos.
Who operates Lookmorrow
Lookmorrow is operated by Stun Labs LLC, based in the United States. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Stun Labs LLC. For questions or privacy requests, use the contact form on our Support page.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and a password hash and salt. We do not store your plain-text password.
- Wardrobe and outfit information: item names, categories, colors, availability, uploaded clothing photos, saved looks, outfit changes, and the date or occasion you select.
- Preferences and requests: the city and temperature unit you choose, plus any instructions you type to adjust an outfit. The app does not require precise device location for its weather feature.
- Early-access email: if you join the list on our website, we store your email address and the time of your opt-in so we can send Lookmorrow launch updates.
- Support requests: when you contact us, we store the email address, topic and message you provide so we can review and reply.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and device or browser information needed to deliver and protect the service. The app also stores a secure sign-in token and a local wardrobe cache on your device.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account, keep your wardrobe available, and generate or edit outfits from your own items.
- To obtain a forecast for the city you enter and adapt suggestions to the weather.
- To analyze a clothing photo for editable item details and remove its background when those features are available.
- To troubleshoot and protect the service, including reviewing technical errors.
- To send launch updates if you explicitly join the early list. Joining the list does not create an app account.
- To answer support and privacy requests you send through the website.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we use the information needed to provide the service you request, your consent for early-list emails, and our legitimate interest in security and reliable operation. You may withdraw early-list consent through the contact method on our Support page.
Service providers and AI processing
We use Cloudflare for the website, API and private photo storage, and Neon for the app database. When you add a clothing photo, the image may be sent to OpenAI to suggest editable details and to fal.ai for background removal. The text of an outfit-change request may be sent to OpenAI to interpret what you asked for. We send your chosen city to WeatherAPI.com to retrieve a forecast. These providers process data to deliver their parts of the service and may process it outside your country.
We do not sell your wardrobe photos or early-list email address. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this website. Provider security measures, such as abuse protection, may use their own technical identifiers.
Storage, security and retention
App requests use HTTPS. Clothing photos are stored in a private bucket and delivered through authenticated app requests. Sign-in tokens are stored in secure storage on your device; a local cache helps the app show your saved wardrobe when offline. We keep your account and wardrobe while your account remains active. Login sessions expire after 30 days unless revoked earlier. We keep early-list email addresses until you ask us to remove yours or the list is no longer needed. We keep support requests while needed to resolve them and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting and AI providers may retain limited records according to their own policies and legal obligations.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account is at risk, please contact us through Support.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your city and wardrobe details in the app. You can delete individual clothing items or delete your account through the app's settings. You can also use our web account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the account's wardrobe records, outfit history, sessions and stored clothing photos from our active systems. The app clears its local wardrobe cache when you delete in the app or when it next detects that an account deleted on the web is no longer valid. You can uninstall the app to remove its local data without reopening it. Some service-provider logs or backups may remain temporarily under their own retention schedules or where law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain uses of your information, and to lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. Send requests using the details on our Support page. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.
Children
Lookmorrow is designed for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and its update date will appear here. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will provide additional notice where required.
